WHOLESALE GUIDELINES

OVERVIEW

• By signing up for wholesale, each wholesaler agrees to these guidelines and must abide by them.
• The wholesale discount is 50% off of retail with the exception of sale items which is over a 50% discount off of original retail prices (you get 50% off of the sale price).
• First + reorder minimum is $150
• Must meet unit minimums of 3 per style
• If you are a subscription box service please provide us with quantities ahead of time of the items you are purchasing so we have the inventory you need on hand.
• You may not sell our items and or designs on third parties in the US including Amazon. If selling on Etsy, prices must be our MSRP or higher. You may sell on your own eCommerce site.
• You may also shop Sweet Water Decor wholesale on Faire.com or on Handshake.

INTEGRITY and COPYRIGHT and TRADEMARK

• Sweet Water Decor products hold the Sweet Water Decor trademark which may not be infringed upon.
• All photos are property of Sweet Water Decor and wholesalers are permitted to use photos for selling of Sweet Water Decor product only.
• All Sweet Water Decor photos of Sweet Water Decor products must remain unaltered.  You may not alter, photoshop, or update / reuse in any photos in any way.
• When reselling our products, Sweet Water Decor products may not be altered in any way - adding or removing design details, removing / adding stickers (other than a UPC sticker), and the like.  They cannot be rebranded.
• Any photos used of Sweet Water Decor product taken from social media must credit the original creator of the content.

PAYMENT

• Payment is due when your order is placed via credit card through our website.  Please do not use paypal for payment.  Larger orders / orders over $1,000 may need paid through ACH or wire transfer - please contact us: sophie@sweetwaterdecor.com
• All wholesale orders are exempt from additional coupons (unless we have a free shipping promo for wholesale customers). 
• Affiliate links / discount site links (honey, retailmenot, shareasale, etc) may not be used to purchase wholesale.  If an affiliate link is used to purchase a wholesale order, the buyer must pay the commission.  All orders need to go through sweetwaterdecor.com directly. 

SHIPPING and PACKAGING

• Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number.
• Orders are shipped in the least amount of boxes possible and include your invoice.
• We ship most orders FedEx or USPS the next business day!  Orders placed during the holiday season may take 1-3 business days to ship.  If you have a large order or are ordering items that are on pre-order or a special order, this time may be longer.  You will receive an email once your items have shipped.  If you need your items sooner during the holiday time, please email us at: wholesale@sweetwaterdecor.com and we can get your order out the next day in most cases.
• If your order contains items that are on a pre-order status as well as items that are in the shop, please note that we will ship your items in two shipments.  All items are ready to ship out once they all arrive to our shipping department.

RETURNS and CANCELATIONS

• Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.
• We package our items very well, however, if an item should arrive damaged please notify us within 3 business days so we can replace it for you.  Please provide a photo as well as your invoice number.
• If you must cancel an order it must be done before an item is shipped out.  Once the items are shipped they can no longer be canceled.  Refunds are processed as store credit only.
